Shipping and Pickup

Delivery Information

We offer a flat rate delivery fee of $95 to NSW, ACT & Victoria. Please note that the flat rate is for website orders only and limited to certain postcodes. Please check the shipping calculator to find out if we are offering flat rate delivery to your location.

Harbour Lane Furniture & Bedding online store offers fixed rate delivery of all items to NSW, ACT and VIC. However, if you want to pickup then you can do it for free from our warehouse located in M8 Distribution, 51 Agar Drive, Truganina 3029. The pickup date will be assigned to you within 48 hours after the order is placed.

Our deliveries are charged per order (not per item).

Our deliveries are delivered between the hours of 7:00am and 8:00pm genuinely on both weekdays and weekends,

  • The day of your delivery will depend on which delivery zone that you are in, you will be contacted by us within 7 business days of your purchase with a delivery day and time if you are in NSW and within 3 business days if you are living in VIC.
  • You will receive an SMS by the courier the evening prior of delivery to confirm the time frame.

Delivery of goods is only to the address front door, in the case of an apartment or unit block it will only be delivered to the ground floor foyer.

Our deliveries are a one-man delivery – you will need to assist the driver with lifting bulkier items. Other optional services like assembly and upstairs delivery are also available and you can pay for them at the checkout page.

Harbour Lane Furniture & Bedding will not assume any risk of damage of goods or premise if the customer requests for any assistance such as taking the items inside the house or during assembling the items.

  • e.g. if you are having a lounge suite delivered, you may need to help lift one end of the sofa to carry it where you would like it placed.

The online store can be contacted via live chat or email if your postcode is not included in our delivery zone and we shall get back to you with a delivery quote.

All online purchases are usually shipped within 10 business days however some may take longer, confirmation of a specified date of delivery will be sent to the customer via an SMS message, phone call or email.

We recommend you read our Return, Repairs and Refunds Policy prior to placing an order, which requires you to let us know within 7 days of a delivery of any defective goods received.

Our couriers offer a door-to-door service, so please ensure that there will be someone available at the nominated delivery address to accept your delivery. If no one is home and your delivery has been scheduled for a particular date your items will be left unattended and photo proof of delivery may be sent to you via email.

If you cannot be available to accept your delivery, you may contact us directly to provide us with a safe location you wish for us to leave your goods.

If the product is not currently in stock, the item is unable to be delivered until it is back in stock.

In the event of non-defective goods being returned to Harbour Lane Furniture & Bedding due to difficult access or the address being unattended, Harbour Lane Furniture & Bedding retains the right to charge a return fee equal to the original delivery fee. This return fee covers costs associated with re-packaging and warehousing the product.

Delivery Date

Once your order has been made and confirmed, you will receive an email or phone call within 4 business days informing you of the date of delivery, if your delivery date is not suitable you may email us or advise us to arrange a more suitable date to receive the order. Harbour Lane Furniture & Bedding cannot guarantee a more suitable date however we will make all efforts to satisfy your request. Delivery dates can be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, if this happens you will be contacted via SMS, Email or Phone to be made aware of your new delivery date.

Estimated time of Delivery

Please allow up to 14 to 21 business days for all deliveries.

Pick-Ups

Pick-ups can be done from Monday to Friday. Pickup timings are from 11am to 4pm. Please bring 1 person with you to handle and carry your items into the vehicle.

Cancellation

Harbour Lane Furniture & Bedding reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 20% for orders cancelled by the customer in case of change of mind or for the orders that are in processing or already processed.

In the event of a cancelled order, funds paid in relation to that order will be refunded as soon as is reasonably practicable. You will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement of the cancellation and refund.
