Shipping And Pickup

Shipping Policy:

  • We deliver Australia wide and the customer must pay the delivery charges at the checkout.
  • Certain products will not be shipped Australia wide because they are too delicate to handle.
  • We will take 1 to 2 business days to handle the product and if the product is not available (just in case), we will contact you.
  • Dependent on location delivery will be between 4-7 business days. We are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box Address or Parcel Lockers and we do not ship outside of Australia yet.
  • We can only provide an approximate delivery date and tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
  • Please remember that it is your responsibility to check that your items will fit through doors, staircases and lifts in their packaging before you place your order.
  • The delivery will be valid to the doorstep and ground floor only. Any lifting needed will be arranged by the customer.
  • Please note that we do standard delivery that is a single person delivery (driver only) and someone must be available to assist the driver.
  • If you wish to return the item in transit, then both way shipping will be charged (for dispatching and returning).

Pickup Policy:

  • We will take 3 to 4 business days to handle the product and make it available at the respective pickup outlet.
  • Pickup service is free of cost and there are no hidden charges.
  • Please check the item thoroughly before taking it home or else we will not be responsible for any later damage.
  • We are not liable to provide any mode of transportation or whatsoever upon pickup.
